Thank you to all the parents that have accessed the parent portal on compass. As with any new system there will be a time of learning how the system works and I am sure there will be some teething issues. If you have not received the email with instructions, please check your junk folder as it may have been redirected there.
One of the functions of the system will be to send a SMS to parents/carers of students who do not have an explained absence at 9.30 am on that morning. Rather than sending in an absence note, you can now enter the absence on the parent portal to save receiving the SMS. Please remember that if the classes have left the hall in the morning students need to be brought to the office so you can use the kiosk in the foyer to adjust the roll.
